a few changes please:

1. for lower-left image: make gray part of logo and XSM text white; make 'otion' letters the blue you have
2. make otion capitalized but smaller than XSM, like two-thirds
3. make logo/text much larger - if black background and image/text is our complete logo the symbol/text needs to be much larger
4. remove tag line

hi! this is my first try. the actual logo uses a symbol, a stylized x letter, formed by four shapes, one of them being out of place, emphasizing the idea of motion and along with it, the xsmotion name, with the "on" letters highlighted. the logo comes in three different color schemes: original, black&white and negative. the original color scheme can vary, depending on your preferences. kind regards!
