This I like.

I think you should remove the top gray bar. I doesn't add anything that can't be found elsewhere anyway. (I don't need a sitemap).

I need a customer login (link). Could be small and placed at the bottom or it could be part of the tabs or something else.

The contrast between the logo and the background colour behind the logo is too low. See how the "Craft" and "Software Development" almost blends with the background.

Hi!

Here is my whole new try!

I have started all over, and this is the out come. I have also made a design with no white background, but i find this one to be the best.

I have combined some of the other designs into one. Hope you like it ;)
