I have revised the design of the logo, I feel the type layout is much cleaner and clearer to read with the addition of the of the separate areas of your company clearly signified this logo is a brand in the making.

I have also added a slight shadow below the 'bee with attitude' to indicate flight creating a feel of movement within the design.
