Hi there you know i like this layout a lot, i think however to be fair to all you should change to subpage text or just uploade it here, it is just a image after all. anyway like the drop down as well.

I think you should have the client bar as it is now, and then maybe have the news section on the sub page, because as you know it is hard always updating with news (just what i think) i have worked out how the subpage should look like, the text i used is from one of your competitors so i don't think i should upload it here. Anyway ive added a menu drop down bar.
