I like the shining effect, but think it should be more explicit.
I'm not sure the blue color is right for the website - maybe a warm red would do?
And I would prefer if the icon in the logo was to the left instead of in the top.
By the way: it should be "CharityMails.dk" and not just "CharityMails".
