Ok I've got a couple revisions to make to this if possible...

Can you take out the contact info? After thinking about it, I can just put it underneath later.
Also, this is a tiny detail, but "bright" is just slightly higher than SKY is.

Lastly, could you also submit a design with some color of blue lettering for "Skybright" vs yellow? I like the yellow and if chosen will use it as it is here, but my work van is yellow so it wouldnt show up there. Just want to see what it'll look like.

I really, really like this design. The colors are much better and I still prefer the circle being on the right side.

I'm not quite sure how it stands for or pertains to Window Cleaning, but I love everything else about it. The contact info is easy to read, the text is good, it's great. I don't have anything for you to improve on.

Here is an example based on the feedback you had given. If you find this kind of scheme ok, I could explore a little more and present you more variations on the colours. I have increased the size of the phone number a little more here as well.
