Here's a logo that is bold and works in solid colors. I wanted to keep the logo simple yet clever. There is an "X" within the 3 that is created using the negative space. I decided to angle the logo in order to give it more impact and balance allowing it to work as an isolated icon.

Any feedback or suggestions are always appreciated.
