The mainparts in your logo i great. I like the icon but Im not sure about til textstyle- Thinks it is a bit square/hard. I hope you will try again in another style, and also I have a idea which Im not sure vil work, but could the icon be two "persons" instead of one and maybe they could be in different colours but still somehow be united with a cirkel figure like in this logo?
Also could you try it both in SPORTmatch and SPORTmatch.dk

here is the logo with unique font and a symbol....
You can use the simbol on print,t-shirts....as it depicts your company as nike or adidas does..
