Not bad at all. I was thinking that I like that the previous logo were the circel was yellow, but keep the text in blue and green.

Here are some thoughts:
Could the logo be the "O" in SPORT?
Another idea is to move the logo to the left of the text, and still change textstyle- try to find another active textstyle

Here is the 2 color logo...But I m not sure about the text...Can suggest some sample fonts...or give out what you need if possible..
I will try to make it better..
