Who are we?
DanTrials is a privately owned contract research organisation that conducts clinical trials for drug development companies. The company was recently founded and comprise a handful of very experienced people at the moment. All of our staff has working experience from other clinical test sites.
DanTrials is a clinical test site and is located at a University Hospital in Copenhagen, Denmark. The test site currently holds a total of 12 beds in addition to accompanying test site facilities (laboratory, offices, examination room, etc.).
What do we do?
In addition to the practical conduct (ie, recruiting and treating the patients/healthy volunteers according to a predefined protocol and recording the results of the study assessments performed on each patient in case record forms designed for each study), we also actively participate in the planning and reporting of the clinical trials if so desired by our clients.
Who are our clients?
Clinical development of new drugs is a truly global business. This is reflected in the list of our clients and potential clients which ranges from small biotech companies to very large pharmaceutical companies represented globally (with headquarters in Europe or US).
Most of our clients are small biotech companies from Scandinavia, medium-sized or large pharmaceutical companies in Denmark or Danish affiliates of big global pharmaceutical companies.
In addition to our clients, we have two groups of people that are key for our success: 1) the patients and healthy volunteers that enrol in the clinical trials we are conducting and 2) clinicians that we cooperate with in order to identify certain patient populations.
