Summary* Graphical design (invitations and canvas pictures everything from photos) * Publiching house. The companys name is ZimZalabim (it is swedish and means "abracadabra"). I need a logo that represent both our activitys. Please look at : www.zimzalabim.se ZimZalabim has two activitys
ZimZalabim (www.zimzalabim.se) is making invitations and thankyou cards wedding, baptism, students, birthdays, christmascards and so on. We also do popart pictures. Everything is made from photos (in most cases customers photos). ZimZalabim is also a book publiching house. We have just released our first book. www.rosaemma.se The companys name is ZimZalabim (it is swedish and means "abracadabra"). I need a logo that represent both our activitys. The name came from that we transform pictures. Either to PoPart or invitations or something else. In the bookpublishing house we will also work with layout of books. Right now we have just released our own book, but in the future we hope to release other books too. Update: The new logo should express the magnificent transformation of ordinary photos that ZimZalabim can offer, for various publishing materials (post card, invitations, canvas posters etc). It is equally important that the new logo express the feeling of a fresh publishing house, focusing on low to medium volume series, especially books for children. We provide modern magic to images and manuscrips. Think webshop, internet based, facebook, twitter etc…. |

Thankyou all for great suggestions. We don´t think we have found exactly the logo that feels perfect. We have an idea, maybe the logo should be a book, in black with golden text. On the book it stands ZimZalabim Image Adventure. Under the book, the tagline Books & Graphic design. A book and a photo album looks a lot like the same so maybe this could illustrate both our parts. And the book in black and gold illustrate the magic. Hope you want to try!

Thankyou very much for all your entries.
Its been a very interesting period for us. Our own thoughts about a suitabel logo has changed a lot during this time.
We have now decided the winner. It is Maxniks latest design.
It consist both a nice logotype, monogram and also a very "magic" image.
