From Scratch or Templates
Do you prefer to build a website from scratch or do you prefer to use a template?
Of course, with HTML you will have more flexibility, but templates can work great also.

How do you feel about this?

I have used templates in the past, but only because I would have no clue on how to build from scratch. HTML codes for me are like Chinese, so I will not mess around until I get a better understanding on how they work.

I'm in the same boat as Alessadry. To make from scratch would allow me to be much more creative but, I'm still just doing templates. Once I learn HTML it will be good-bye templates!

Templates. There is no way around it for me. I would love to build one from scratch though.

From Scratch or Templates
With HTML, I build in notepad from scratch, but with CSS, PHP, and all the more advanced code, I have to use a template or I am completely lost.
