I don't use antivirus, i think they all are bad. So in by book there is 2 types of antivirus programs.

1. The programs that only pick up 30% of viruses ect.
2. The programs that pick up 90% but destroys the way we surf on the net and use our computers, in the way that they come up with a update or popup thing every 5 min.

So, how do you use your computer without anti-virus. Are you sure you don't use anti-virus in your PC.

AVG is a good anti-virus. It is better than avast. Further it is available for free usage with less functions.

I have always had Norton. No problems at all so far. But when it is about to expire it's like if viruses know I am vulnerable and they seem to be ready to attack.

NOD32 hands down is the best antivirus out there. Ask the hackers, they hate the company and their software because it works.

Another good thing about Nod32 is that it doesn't slow down the system. And it uses less RAM memory.

i've been using TrendMicro with no problems so far. I found Norton okay but it acted crazy when it came time to re-register and then I decided to get a new virus package. Removing Norton and was like removing a virus.

The best anti virus according to the experts is Nod32, followed by kaspersky and other anti-viruses.

I personally Use avira Antivirus, which is free, low on resources, doesn't eat much ram, finds more viruses than any other security software I have known.

Best Of Luck.
