Browsing Issue
I am having an issue with my web browser. ( fiefox )( it happens when I try IE7 also ) that when I am just browsing say myspace or facebook, the page suddenly cannot be displayed, and I have to keep refreshing for a long time to get it working again, it's not like it doesn't run but this error that keeps coming up is annoying.

Hope someone here can help!

Try clearing your cache and temp files regularly. Sometimes they can cause a lock up.

I agree. And also know that Myspace is notorious for having bugs that can cause this as well.

Well it is probably because your network connection is timing out.
You can resolve this by clearing the cache of course, besides you can download Ccleaner (search google for the link), it clears unneeded files with ease.
This could also be happening in cae you use a dial up connection, since myspace or facebook needs a lot of data packets to be downloaded, in order to be opened, but there is less chance of this problem existing, since you are getting this problem only in specific browsers.

You can also try using Google Chrome or Apple safari instead of Firefox or IE.
[IE is the worst browser I've ever used, i advice users to avoid it! ]

Good Luck.

I definitely agree about IE. I have stayed away from it from the beginning of my computer usage. I received some solid advice way back when, and I'm so glad I followed it.

I really hate using Internet Explorer. It's very annoying because I can't open some sites. But when I started using Google Chrome, all my problem solved. The loading is very fast and I can easily download videos from any sites. I seldom use Firefox and Opera.
