Elbot is a computer program pretending to be a person. It won a prize for coming closest to fooling people into thinking it was human.

I would like to know how in the world they do that sort of thing? It could come in handy at times.

It is because Elbot is the first AI programmed robot. It is just like humans in most of the aspects and thinking.

Really? That's so cool! But I hate to think that some people will be thinking of ways to uses these things in bad ways like hacking, cracking, spamming, scamming, and stuffs like that. I we can't really determine that we are already being fooled or not. And besides, it is so intimidating that a program can be more than the human brains!

Well, we have to accept the fact that someday robots and programmings can be more intelligent that humans. I am just afraid that someday these programs will be turned against us and used in the bad way.

Yeah, it remembers me about a film called I.Robot which I saw. It is a film based on a story that one day AI capable robots will turn against humans.
