If you were to have someone make a design for you, how long do you think will the process take?

Well, it would generally depend on the package that you are choosing. Also, it depends from what company or site you ordered your logo.

2-5 days including reversions. That what i would say, to look at web design contests around, then you will see that a entry often is made within 12 hours. But then one have to make changes to please the client and then it takes a couple of more days. If you go to a company and don't use contests then it will often take up to a week. I am only talking one page designs here, because when the basic layout is aproved it don't take much longer to get the rest of the pages done (depending on the number of pages of cause)

It depends upon our personal skills in designing and programming. For me it takes around 2 to 3 weeks to make a best design for a site.

Then i don't hope we are just talking one page, because that's a long time!

I think it might take 10 to 14 days to design to nicety. Logo design has a lot to do with the product and its sales. There are many buyers who purchase the product simply because the logo is good.
