I have a site that I would like to use OS Commerce on, but the availability of themes is very limited. As I have very little working knowledge of CSS, and even the themes that are available are very limited, and pretty uncreative for the most part, with simple color changes and no real originality or modification of the shape and design of the template, simply image editing.

Are there any descent themes out there that can make my OS Commerce site look like a real business site with an owner that cares about the business's appearance and impression to the consumer instead of a slap-dash quickie job by someone who either doesn't care or knows noting about web design?

There are so much of themes out there for free. You can try synda site for getting you themes as they have good collection of them.

I also found some great OS templates on template monster. I dont know if there are any sites where you can find some for free.
