Joomla or Dreamweaver
There is a Dreamweaver thread here but I would like to know if others have heard or even tried Joomla. My friends have used Joomla and they said that it is good to use because it is free compare to Dreamweaver which is a paid software. What do you think about this?

Sad to say, I have not tried using Joomla software but I heard from friends that this software is very easy to navigate and very helpful in making auction sites. How true? When you mentioned that it's free of cost, I'm now interested to try it.

I've heard of it but don't know a lot about it. I'm very particular with the software I like and dislike. There are certain features I MUST have or else I refuse to use it.

Joomla is a CMS solution whereas Dreamweaver is a program used to create or edit websites therefore, you can't really compare the two. As for comparing a website created purely with Joomla and purely with Dreamweaver, from my understanding you can't create dynamic pages with DW so Joomla perhaps would be better but you need to be familiar with it in order to customize it well.

Thanks for that clarification. I thought Joomla is the same as DW. Anyway, if you know how to use HTML to make a website then Joomla can be its partner.
