Websites of yesteryear

Remember when years ago what websites looked like? Think back about 10 years and how ancient they appeared to be compared to what we have available to use in the year 2010. It's pretty amazing.

Yes, they have come a long way but sometimes they are overkill. I'm getting very tired of banner ads and blinking gifts and plugs that push the page up and down,

What I am more tired of is the crappy banner ads, the ones with a ton of exploits running around and no one seems to understand why this could be a bad thing. I love that we are doing more and more as each year passed though.
