Do you like to use Flash in logos?
Is that hard to do?
Does it slow the speed of your loading page at all?

This is true that not much of flash contents must be placed. Because it will distract the normal viewers away and also will eat up your bandwidth. so beware of that. And also the spiders will not be that much interested in crawling those contents.

This one thing should not be practiced, it is real pain to concentrate when such a logo is on your screen.If it is around then you feel like getting rid of it as fast as possible.

from browsing a whole bunch of websites this weekend, and also a whole bunch of forums, I do see a lot of Flash in logos and banner ads

flash in logos is a lot of bandwidth , but it is cool to see, you don't need crazy insane , but maybe a few flashes etc.

I don't think its a easy thing to have logo's with flash.It is really hard and in some cases its impossible.
